Richard Nunneley - Chairman of the Advisory Committee
Richard spent his early career with BZW training as an Actuary and fund manager. He subsequently joined the British Army in 1974 and retired from The Black Watch in 1991. Following this he returned to fund management, starting at Brown Shipley & Co before going on to become a Director of Mercury Asset Management and Cazenove where he managed investments for UHNW individuals, foundations and "small" Pension funds. He joined Braveheart Ventures, a Private Equity specialist in 2008, and served as a Director until 2010. From 2010 to 2015 he held a key non-executive position at Dalton Strategic Partners.
Since 2015 he has held the position of Vice Chairman of Floreat, a multi-Family Office. In addition he is a board member of ASTIA, a US entrepreneur based foundation and Chairman of Impact Investment Partners LLP. Away from work he sits on the London School of Economics investment committee and is a trustee of Scars of War, a mental health neurological foundation, based within The Queen's College, Oxford. Finally, he sits on the Finance and Investment committee of a major English single-Family Office.
